Mal ´ne Frage an die Kollegen Eltern hier im Forum: Wie denken eure Kinder über euren Musikgeschmack? Meine Eltern waren jedenfalls nicht gerade begeistert, als ich mit 11 Jahren mehr englische Musik gehört habe.

Neulich hatte meine jüngste Tochter (fast 6 Jahre) auch das MoO - Video gesehen und mich mit ein paar Fragen ganz schön durchlöchert. Sie interessiert sich nämlich für alles, was mit Rittern zu tun hat. Nach den beantworteten Fragen meinte sie dann: "Siehste Papa, es gab doch Mädchen die auch Ritter waren." So wird die Musik von OMD auch zum verständlichen Geschichtsuntericht und auch die Musik kommt bei den Kids an. :D

Ich bin zwar "nur" eine Patentante, aber ich habe Eltern, die Anfang der 80er meinen ersten richtigen eigenen Musikgeschmack als "athmosphärische Störungen" empfanden (obwohl mein Papa mir die Maid selbst zum Geburtstag geschenkt hatte) :lol:

Bei mir ist's so, daß meine Tochter die diversen neugesungenen Varianten diverser 80er Songs ganz gut findet und das wirklich für was wirklich Neues hält, bis ich ihr dann erläutere, daß das Original davon bei uns im Keller vor sich hinstaubt.

sorry, aber zum thema selbst kann ich noch nichts beitragen. ;-)
aber bei meiner mutter erinner ich mich noch besonders an abba. damit ließ es sich leben ... aber zu dtsch. schlagern, die auch noch manchmal liefen, möchte ich mich nicht äußern.

Mit meinem Vater bekam ich deshalb öfters Streit,weil der der festen Überzeugung war,ich würde das sowieso nur hören,um ihn zu ärgern. :lol:
Meine Mutter fand manche Sachen dagegen sogar richtig gut-und mag sie auch heute noch.
Besondere Favoriten von ihr:"Love,In Itself"(O-Ton:Sind das die Beatles???) und "Telegraph". :wink:

Und aus meiner Sicht als Adoptivleihmutter kann ich nur sagen,daß es mir ziemlich egal ist,was die von meinem Musikgeschmack denken.Wenn es ihnen nicht paßt,was hier läuft,können die gerne im Keller anstatt in meiner Wohnung spielen... :mrgreen:

Deine Eltern haben hinter "Love In Itself" die Beatles vermutet, "rumstaun"!? Wie geht'n das? Da ist ja nun absolut keine Ähnlichkeit. :?

Also meine Ex-Stieftochter (17) hat mal geäußert, das die 80er Mucke viel besser zum Party machen geeignet war, und sie war ein bissel enttäuscht, erst so spät geboren worden zu sein :lol: .

Naja,wenn man von Popmusik überhaupt keine Ahnung hat,weil man nur Klassik hört,können einem solche Schnitzer schonmal passieren. :lol:
Aber immerhin sah sie ein,daß dieser neumodische Kram nicht durchgängig miserabel ist,wie es unser Musiklehrer tat,für den das alles ohne Unterschied Teufelszeug war. :lol:

Also bei meinem Kleinen ist es so das Musik immer wichtiger wird für ihn. Er erkennt jetzt auch schon einige Musik wenn sie im Radio läuft. Bei OMD schreit er immer gleich und freut sich wenn er es erkannt hat. Und der Urlaub im Januar war wohl auch prägent. Ich hatte nur 1 CD im Leihwagen und die lief dann die eine Woche hoch und runter. So das er heute bereits bei den ersten Takten die Musik von Genesis erkennt und diese Mukke immer wieder im Auto hören will.

Solange er sich auf die richtigen Musikzeiten bei Genesis festlegt, kann ich damit sehr gut leben. Ich finde es jedenfalls gut das er sich eben so wie ich schon früh für Musik interessiert.
