noch ne wichtige band aus den 80ern: Japan.

die scheibe hab ich mir heute zufällig als remastered-version besorgt, und wo ich grade eh in post-laune bin ... :lol:

ich mag diesen europäischen new wave mit fernöstlichen einsprengseln. ergibt eine interessante mischung. ich verstehe gar nicht, warum sich der kopf der band, david sylvian, heute von diesem abschnitt seines schaffens distanziert (eigentlich ähnlich wie mark hollis von talk talk).
na jedenfalls gibts auf dieser excellenten, hackevollen live-scheibe (fast) alles wichtige der band.

Die sind seinerzeit völlig an mir vorbei gegangen, obwohl ich ab und an mal was von denen in der Hand hatte. Ist gut zu wissen, dass man dann mal in diese Platte reinhören sollte.

Live Album? Kenne aus der Zeit/dem Genre eigentlich keine richtig guten Live-Alben...
